摘要 民营企业是我国经济主体的重要组成部分，在我国经济发展中有着举足轻重的地位， 增强民营企业的生存能力和发展能力，将对我国经济和社会发展产生深远的影响。现阶段， 我国民营企业得到了快速发展，但也存在着商业欺诈、唯利是图、不正当竞争等诸多问题。 在国内外市场激烈竞争中，我国民营企业应该对企业实践活动进行深刻的道德反省，力求 从道德层面找到企业发展的又一推动力。因此，加强民营企业伦理建设，把企业的伦理优 势转化为竞争优势，对发展壮大民营企业，增强我国经济整体实力有着重要现实意义。 本文内容主要分为五章：第一章引言分析了课题研究的由来和背景，课题的国内外研 究现状以及课题的研究意义和本人的研究方法。第二章分析了民营企业和民营企业伦理的 含义，并将企业伦理与企业文化和企业社会责任等概念相比较，进一步界定了企业伦理的 内涵。随后从利益相关者角度分析了民营企业应该处理好哪些内外部伦理关系，并随后指 出了民营企业加强伦理建设的重要性。第三章是民营企业伦理建设现状分析，首先分析了 当前民营企业的现状和发展特点，其次是民营企业道德失范的现状分析，最后从制度、环 境、文化三个方面探讨了制约民营企业伦理建设的原因；第四章提出了加强民营企业伦理 建设的对策和措施，包括社会应提供有效的外部制度供给和企业自身重视伦理建设以及民 营企业要积极参加社会道德建设实践活动三个方面。第五章是结语部分，简要概括了企业 伦理的重要性和民营企业加强伦理建设的必然性。 关键词：企业 民营企业 企业伦理 I Abstract Private enterprises are an important member of Chinas economic mainstay in Chinas economic development has a masters position crucial to enhance the viability of private enterprises and development capabilities, will Chinas economic and social development of far-reaching impact.
