中药分离纯化技术 徐占强 (南阳师范学院 化学与制药工程学院 ) 摘要：近年来，在中药提取分离方面出现了许多新技术、新方法，如超临界流体萃取技术、大孔树脂吸附法、半仿生提取法、高速离心分离技术等，这些新技术和方法的应用，使得中药提取既符合传统的中医药理论，又能达到提高有效成分的收率和纯度的目的。因此，运用新提取技术研究中药，是实现中药现代化的重要途径，必将为中药现代化研究注入新的活力。本综述简要介绍了各种方法的原理，优势及局限性，并列举了在中药提取方面应用的实例，指出了今后研究的方向。这些技术在中药提纯分离的研究方面有着中药重要的得参考价值，企业应充分利用中药分离纯化技术来提高药物萃取的质量，让该技术得到更好的发展，从而实现该技术的价值。 关键词: 半仿生提取技术; 超声提取技术;生物酶解技术; 微波技术; 破碎提取技术;超临界流体萃取技术;膜分离技术;大孔树脂分离技术 Separation And Purification Technology Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xu Zhan-Qiang (Chemical And Pharmaceutical Engineering Institute, Nanyang Normal University ) Abstract : In recent years ，many new technologies, new methods have been appeared in traditional Chinese medicine extraction and separation . Such as supercritical fluid extraction technology, macroporous resin adsorption method, half bionic extraction, high speed centrifugal separation technology, etc . The new technology and the application of the proposed method make traditional Chinese medicine extraction not only conforms to the traditional Chinese medicine theory, but also improves the effective components of yield and purity of purpose . Therefore, the use of new extraction technology research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), is to realize the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine is an important way for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, will inject new vitality. This review briefly introduced the principle of various methods, advantages and limitations, and lists the application of traditional Chinese medicine extraction in an example, points out the future research direction.
