我国创业板市场的羊群行为研究 摘要：本文着重探讨了我国创业板市场的羊群行为。首先，对国内现有的羊群行为研究作了理论回顾，总结前人的经验与不足。其次，归纳概括了目前检验羊群行为的主要方法，并比较了其各自的优劣，为本文将要进行的实证检验提供了选择。然后，通过选取近一年我国创业板市场所有股票的数据，运用CCK模型对创业板整体和行业羊群行为进行了实证检验，并针对实证结果进行了分析。最后对全文的论述作出了总结，并提出了建议。 关键词：创业板；羊群行为；CCK模型 Abstract: This article focuses on the herd behavior in China’s GEM（Growth Enterprises Market ）board.
