Research on channel efficiency of closedloop supply chains under finite capacity

Abstract: To solve optimal channel decision problem for ClosedLoop Supply Chain ( CLSC) , twoechelon CLSC w as
taken as target and the capacity w as considered as constraint in model optimizat ion. Opt imal profit and channel effi
ciency for CLSC manufacturers and retailers in variable production capacity w ere analyzed. Results show ed that:
wit h the increase in the profit of the system, the channel efficiency decreased in the capacity. Although the low ca
pacity limited t he CLSC to increase profits to some extent, w hereas coordination of the supply chain w as difficult to
implement , the manufacturer could effectively control the ret ailer by the finite capacity . At the same time, the man
ufacturer could increase the profits of remanufactured products by decreasing the cost of remanufac
