我国进口铁矿砂价格上涨的原因及其对策 摘要 近几年，我国与铁矿砂供应商间的铁矿砂贸易问题非常突出。我国本土的铁矿砂资源现存的问题主要有：贫矿多、富矿少、开发难度大、生产成本高、产量低，以及我国对外贸易依存度高，进口来源集中度高。文章会一一讲述我国进口铁矿砂价格上涨的原因，其中最严峻的是我国在铁矿砂市场上一直是卖方市场，在价格谈判方面一直缺乏经验与技术，没有主动权，从而导致进口铁矿砂一直居高不下，呈上升趋势。但随着金融危机的到来，全球经济趋于衰落，中国大陆和其他地区钢铁厂缩减产量，2009年铁矿砂将出现明显下降，目前需求低迷以及现货跌价的局势，我国钢铁公司要求尽快达成协议，在铁矿砂市场将成为买方市场，最终享有定价权，避免铁矿砂价格上涨所带来的负面影响。 [关键词] 铁矿砂 进口 价格上涨 定价权 ABSTRACT In recent years, the situation of iron ore trade between China and main suppliers is serious. Domestic iron ore resource shows that lean ore much, rich ore little, exploitation much difficult, product cost high, output low, and foreign trade of interdependency and the agglomeration degree of import source are high. The paper will state that the reason of increasing price about import iron ore for China in detail. Our country always stands as a buyer is the most severe aspect in the iron ore market, owning to lack of experience, technologies and initiative in the price negotiation, so as to the price of importing iron ore is increasing not to get down. But as the coming with the financial crisis, global economy has a tendency to recession, iron and steel factories reduce the production in mainland and other areas of China. In 2009 demand for iron ore appears to a downward trend. While we stay in the current situation that depression of demand and decline of price of the iron ore in stock, all the domestic steel companies must come to an agreement that is the most significant so that our country has a chance to stand in a seller’s market, ultimately can get the pricing right and get off the impact on increasing price of iron ore.
