浅析我国商业银行的现状与发展 摘要 商业银行作为一个国家经济体系的绝对主体，其作用不言而喻。我国改革开放以来，商业银行为现代化建设提供了无可替代的作用，在发挥作用的过程中，商业银行自身也不断发展，逐渐符合现代商业银行的要求。但是显而易见我国的商业银行还有很多的问题和极大的发展潜力，本文仅仅是从货币银行学和金融学中所学知识，以及平时见闻从我国银行的现状着手分析我国银行的问题和发展。 文章首先从商业银行开始介绍，阐述其定义，起源等等。然后讲述国外的商业银行的发展状况，接着描述我国商业银行发展的现状并从中发现问题。最后，结合我国实际情况，在银行产权结构、银行组织结构、银行核心业务、混业经营模式、银行信用体系、风险控制和管理能力、金融人才的培养等问题上提出相应的意见。 关键词：商业银行，商业银行现状，存在问题，发展变革，途经方法 Abstract As an absolute main body of national economic system, the role of commercial bank is self-evident. Since reform and open policy，the commercial bank provides a irreplaceable effect in the modernization program. And at the same time the commercial bank also ever-accelerated during in its play an important role to satisfy with the requirements of modern commercial banks gradually. But obviously there are still many problems of commercial Banks in China and great potential of development. The article only from the knowledge which I learned from the Money and Banking also and Finance，to analysis from the present situation of the problems and the development that appeared in our country commercial bank with my observations. This paper first introduced from commercial Banks, its definition, origin, and so on. And then describes the development situation of foreign commercial Banks, and then find problem form the described the situation of Chinas commercial bank. Finally, combined with the actual situation in our country, put forward the corresponding suggestions in the bank property right structure, organizational structure, the banks core business, the mixed management mode, the bank credit system, risk control and management ability, improve the cultivation of the finance professionals. Key words: commercial Banks, the current situation of commercial Banks , existing problems and development and change, methods 引言 银行业在一个国家的经济中起着至关重要的金融中介作用。在过去几年里，由于经济的高速增长以及宽松的货币政策，中国银行业维持了高速扩张的势头。但是在资产质量、经营管理和风险控制等方面还存在许多问题，许多银行面临沉重的历史包袱，如果处理不当，银行系统可能成为中国经济持续发展的障碍，甚至影响整个经济的稳定。本文对中国银行业的现状作一些分析，并在此基础上对今后几年的发展轨迹作几点推断和建议。
