大连海事大学 毕 业 论 文 二 O O 九 年 六 月 船舶制冷系统制冷量及过热度的实验研究 专业班级：轮机工程05-10 姓 名：林家声 指导教师：张兴彪 轮机工程学院 船舶制冷及过热度分析实验 摘要 船舶制冷系统是现代船舶不可缺少的系统之一，在船舶运输效率方面发挥着重大的作用。 本文首先对船舶制冷系统做了整体地概述，先后介绍了制冷方式，船舶制冷系统的主要元件，船舶常用的制冷剂和船舶上常用的压缩式制冷工作原理。在介绍过程中采用结构图和原理图的方式说明，使内容更加简单直观。列出了各种制冷剂的优缺点。 其次是分析了制冷剂压焓图的各个参数并说明该图的使用。列出了实验所在“育鲲”轮的制冷系统图、实验说用的各种测量仪器及系统所用的制冷剂R404的相关参数。用表格记录了所测对象（流量、压力及温度）的数据并对数据做了相应处理，根据流量的数据和过热度的数据制得了流量变化图和过热变化图。 最后对本次实验做了总结，并提出了优化建议。 Abstract The ships refrigeration system is one of modern ships essential systems, it is playing the significant role in the ships transportation efficiency aspect. This article first has outlined the ships refrigeration system overall, introduced the refrigeration way successively, the ships refrigeration system key elements, the refrigerant commonly used on the ships and the principle of work of the compression type refrigeration commonly used on ships . the structure drawing and the schematic diagram way has be Used in the introduction process to explain, so the content to be simpler intuitively. the good and bad points of each kind of refrigerant has be listed. Next it analyzes the each parameter of refrigerant pressure-enthalpy diagram and explains the use of this diagram. It lists the refrigeration diagram of the experiment which is made at 搚ukun?i， each kind of metering equipment which is used in the experiment and the related parameter of the refrigerant R404 which is used in the system. The data of current capacity, pressure and temperature is recorded with the form and has been transacted relatively, according to the current capacity data and the data of degree of superheat，the current capacity change chart and superheat change chart is chalked up.
