Study on farmers’ satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical care ——the research on villages in Le’an streets Guangrao County in Shandong province Abstract The new rural cooperative medical care is designed to improve the farmers’ ability to medical and health-risk. The principle of voluntary participation makes farmers’ initiative important to the effect of system. What ’s more, as the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system, farmers have the great voice of the system. Therefore, farmers’ satisfactions of the new rural cooperative medical system can measures its effect from the demand side as well as explore effective ways to improve the medical support ability and service level. This study mainly analyzes farmers ’ satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical care and its influencing factors from expectations and a, namely the difference between expectation and satisfaction, and the sense of fairness by comparing with others. The research conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on farmers of the villages in Le’an streets Guangrao County in Shandong province. The questionnaire survey is finished by door access, involving 32 of the whole 77 administrative villages. Finally, it gets 197 valid questionnaires from the total of 200 accesses. The basic interviewers are farmers and in addition to part of village cadres and clinic staff.
