控制源及健康行为训练对首发精神分裂症患者恢复期影响 　 作者：刘宪荣 魏春香 张明莲 【关键词】 首发精神分裂症；控制源；健康行为训练；潘氏量表；生活满意度指数 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨控制源和健康行为训练对首发精神分裂症患者恢复期的影响。 方法 将92例首发精神分裂症恢复期患者随机分为两组各46例，均给予抗精神病药物治疗。研究组在此基础上联合控制源和健康行为训练，观察随访2 a。于出院时、出院后6 mo末、1 a末、2 a末采用潘氏量表、内控性有势力的他人及机遇量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、自编健康行为量表、生活满意度指数A量表评定临床疗效、内控水平、健康行为及生活满意度等。 结果 随访2 a末，研究组内控水平、健康行为、服药依从性、生活满意度均显著高于对照组（Plt;0.01）；复发率、社会功能缺陷、潘氏量表总分及阳性、阴性症状因子分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）。 结论 对首发精神分裂症患者进行控制源和健康行为训练，可提高患者的疗效及服药依从性，减少疾病的复发率，改善其社会功能和生活满意度。 　　【关键词】 首发精神分裂症；控制源；健康行为训练；潘氏量表；生活满意度指数 　　Effects of control source and health behavior training on the convalescence of firstepisode schizophrenic 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of control source and health behavior training on the convalescence of firstepisode schizophrenic. Methods 92 firstepisode schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups( each n=46) given antipsychotics. Research group combined with control source and health behavior training, and followed up for two years. Assessments were conducted for clinical curative effect, internalcontrol level, health behavior and life satisfaction with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),the Internality, Powerful others and Chance Scale(IPCS), the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),the Selfmade Health Behavior Scale(SHBS) and the Life Satisfaction Index A(LSIA) at discharge and the ends of the 6th ,12th and 24th month after discharge. Results At the end of 24th month of followup, it was significantly higher that internalcontrol level, health behavior, compliance, life satisfaction (Plt;0.01) and lower that relapse rate, social disability, total score of the PANSS and scores of positive and negative symptoms (Plt;0.05 or 0.01) in the research than in the control group. Conclusion Controlsource and health behavior training on firstepisode schizophrenics could improve patients’ curative effect and compliance, reduce relapse rate, and improve social function and life satisfaction. 　　【Keywords】 Firstepisode schizophrenia; contro
