组合药敏纸片技术及装置探究 　 【摘要】; 目的:设计一种组合药敏纸片的方法,并制作其装置。方法：在与培养皿等大的白纸片上，通过计算培养皿的面积在里面画七个最大面积等大的圆，在圆的中心做上清晰的标记，做药敏时，将培养皿放在此定位器上，将不同的药物纸片分别放到标志上。将与平皿同样大小的铁板均匀的焊七个短细钢针，再用同样大小的铁板钻七个小孔与之对应，分别焊2个柄焊成剪子或钳子的结构，使用时先高压灭菌，然后将所选药敏纸片插到钢钉上，将铁片和培养皿对齐，用手一捏纸片落入培养皿内，用无菌镊子稍压即可。结果：将原来的多次操作变为一次操作，使操作过程简化，减轻了检验人员的劳动强度，减少了污染机会，避免了手工操作的人为误差。结论：组合药敏纸片法操作时间短，污染得到了有效的控制，结果更准确、可靠。 毕业论文 【关键词】; 组合药敏纸片技术；药敏试验；装置 毕业论文 Research of Quick Scraps of Paper Technology of Medicine and Device ; Abstract: Objective One kind of method that makes up the quick scraps of paper of medicine design,and his device is made.Methods On the blank paper piece bigwaiting pass through counting the area of culture dish drawing the big circles such as seven areas the biggest in the interior,and does the distinct labeling,and does medicine when quick,and puts the culture dish on this locator,and puts the different pharmaceuticals scraps of paper to the mark respectively at the round center with the culture dish.The iron plate that will be equally big or small with the flat instrument even welds seven short carefully steel needles,and the structure into scissors or pliers welds respectively 2 handles welding seven apertures on the brill used equally big or smalllythe iron plate again andcorrespondence,high?handedly during the use exterminates bacterium first,then inserts the quick scraps of paper of the medicine selecting to the steel nail,with iron piece and the culture dish to neat,pinching the scraps of paper falling inside the culture dish with the hand,namely the tweezers are pressed passablely slightly with the asepsis.Results Will originally the many times operation becomes once the operation,has made the function simplification,and has lightened the labour intensity of inspection personnel,and has reduced the pollution chance,and has avoided the personal error of manual operations.Conclusion It is short to make up the quick scraps of paper law operating time of medicine , and pollutes having got effective control,and the
