能气朗联合万爽力对老年酒精性心肌病心力衰竭临床观察 【摘要】 目的 探讨辅酶Q10（能气朗）联合盐酸曲美他嗪（万爽力）治疗老年酒精性心肌病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 60例老年酒精性心肌病心力衰竭患者， 随机分为观察组与对照组， 各30例。观察组给予能气朗联合万爽力治疗， 对照组给予常规治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及对肝肾功能的副作用。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组70.00%（Plt;0.05）；治疗后， 观察组6分钟步行距离（6MWD）（560.9plusmn;85.3）m、左室射血分数（LVEF）（48.6plusmn;9.4）%、血清脑钠肽（BNP）（320.7plusmn;48.3）ng/L 较治疗前明显改善， 且其改善程度明显优于对照组（Plt;0.05）；治疗后， 两组患者肝肾功能指标均较治疗前无明显变化（Pgt;0.05）。结论 采用能气朗联合万爽力治疗老年酒精性心肌病心力衰竭患者具有十分显著的疗效， 有利于促进患者的预后恢复， 但及时戒酒为该病的根本治疗措施。　　【关键词】 辅酶Q10；盐酸曲美他嗪；酒精性心肌病；心力衰竭；老年　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.25.003　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by Coenzyme Q10 （Ubidecarenone） combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride （Vasorel） in the treatment of senile alcoholic cardiomyopathy heart failure. Methods A total of 60 senile alcoholic cardiomyopathy heart failure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received Ubidecarenone combined with Vasorel for treatment， and the control group received conventional therapy. Comparison was made on clinical effects and side effects on hepatic and renal function between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 96.67% than 70.00% of the control group （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， the observation group had all better 6-minute walk distance （6MWD） as （560.9plusmn;85.3） m， left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） as （48.6plusmn;9.4）% and serum brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） as （320.7plusmn;48.3） ng/L than those before treatment， while its improvements were also all better than those in the control group （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， there was no obvious improvement in hepatic and renal function in both groups （Pgt;0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Ubidecarenone and Vasorel provides precisely curative effect in treating senile alcoholic cardiomyopathy heart failure， and it is helpful for accelerating prognosis and recovery. However， early abstinence is still the basic therapy.　　【Key word
