本科生毕业论文（设计） 题目：淮南益益乳业的发展现状分析 系 部 经济与管理学院 学科门类 经济学 专 业 经济学 学 号 0806111015 姓 名 詹晶晶 指导教师 丁红梅 2012年 5月 23日 淮南益益乳业的发展现状分析 摘 要 由三鹿事件引发的乳品安全的信任危机以来，我国乳品行业开始了一次大洗牌。蒙牛伊利这样的乳业巨头陷入了信任危机，企业品牌形象和产品销售量均受到重创。在这样的环境下，以安徽益益乳业为代表的优秀的中小型乳品企业如何度过此次危机，摆脱生产经营困境是本文关注的重要问题。本文阐述了现阶段国内外乳业的发展现状，概括介绍了安徽益益乳业的发展现状和市场占有情况，运用SWOT分析法，结合内外部因素，分析了益益乳业在激烈的竞争中所具有的优势、劣势、机遇、危机等，并对益益乳业进一步发展给予了相应的对策建议。希望本文的一些观点能为益益乳业今后的发展提供一些帮助。 关键词：益益乳业 发展现状 现状分析 对策建议 ABSTRACT Since Sanlu incident caused by the dairy safety trust crisis,China’s dairy industry began a major reshuffle. Mengniu Erie dairy gaints into a crisis of confidence,brand image and product sales have been hit hard. In such circumstances,to Anhui Yiyi dairy as a representive of the outstanding small and medium-sized dairy enterprise how to overcome this crisis,out of production and operation difficulties is the important issues of concern. The article described the development status of the domestic and international dairy industry at the present stage,an overview of Anhui Yiyi dairy development status and market share,SWOT analysis,combined with internal and external factors,the analysis of the dairy industry in the firece competition has the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and crisis,and offerred the corresponding countermeasure proposal. I hope that this article can provide some help for the future development of Yiyi dairy.
