This algorithm effectively solves several difficulties such as the complexity of blocks’ relationship description, the nonuniform of communication schedule, and the complexity of management of boundary conditions. According to our calculation results, supersonic chemical oxygen iodine laser based on this algorithm can be realized easily and simulated regularly, and it can be run efficiently on thousands of processors.
