重庆大足汇丰村镇银行经营风险管理研究 摘 要 银行经营风险主要是指银行在开展业务的经营过程中，因为管理不当、决策失误等因素而产生的致使银行遭受损失的风险。银行风险管理就是指对银行经营过程中所存在的风险进行管控和规避。早在二零零六年，我国就出台了《关于调整放宽农村地区银行业金融机构准入政策更好支持社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》，从而使得我国金融业更为广泛地开发和开展农村金融市场，改变过去农村市场竞争不足、金融服务不够的局面。经过近十年的发展，农村金融市场得到了一定的发展，也一定程度的促进了我国农村产业的专业化、国际化、市场化的发展。重庆大足汇丰村镇银行成立于2012年，在这几年的发展中，重庆大足汇丰村镇银行从成立到现在始终存在着信用风险、市场风险、流动性风险、政策性风险，而在风险管理方面，重庆大足汇丰村镇银行存在着许多问题。因此，本文主要从银行经营风险的概念、分类及其管理的概述出发，以重庆大足汇丰村镇银行为例，探讨其在业务开展过程中所存在的经营风险，分析其经营风险管理中存在的问题，并根据问题提出一些风险管理策略。 关键词：存在银行；经营风险；风险管理 Abstract Bank risk?mainly refers to the?banks?to conduct business?in?the?bank,?because of improper management,?decision-making errors?generated by the factors such as the?risk of loss.?The bank risk management?refers to?control and avoid?the?risks?during the operation of banks.?As early as in 2006,?China?promulgated the?opinions on?adjusting and relaxing the?banking financial institutions in rural areas?better access to policy support for?the construction of new socialist countryside,?so as to?make Chinas financial?industry is more?widely developed anddeveloping?the rural financial market,?change the past,?lack of?rural?financial services?is not enough?market competition?situation.?After nearly ten years of development,?the rural financial market?has developed to a certain extent,?also?to a certain extent?promoted the development of?specialization,?internationalization,?marketization?of rural?industry in China.?Chongqing DazuHSBC rural bank?was founded in 2012,?in?a few years of development,?Chongqing Dazu?HSBC rural bank?set up to now,?there is always a?credit risk,?market risk,?liquidity risk,?policy risk,?andrisk management,?Chongqing Dazu?HSBC?village and town?bank?has many problems.Therefore,?this article?mainly from?the?concept,?the?classification and?the banking riskmanagement point of view,?Chongqing?Dazu?HSBC rural?bank as an example,?discusses thebusiness?process?in the presence of?risk management,?analysis of the?operational?risk management problems,?and put forward some?risk manag
