A dog-helper is for those who are disabled. 5. Lucky can understand different instructions. Read the letter and number the things that have happened in order. e. Mother usually _____________ when I feel sad. 3c. Use information in the letter to make true sentences by matching the different parts. Explanation 1. I’d like to thank you for sending money to “Animal Helpers” , an organization set up to help disabled people. (2) thank sb. for… 为……而感谢某人 e.g. Thank you for your flowers to me. e.g. Thomas has a lab set up himself. 2. …who has filled my life with pleasure. Jordan, who is a famous basketball player, will come to visit our city next week. They’ll go to the USA, where they can learn a lot about American culture. We’ll put off our spring outgoing until next month, when we won’t be so busy. 3.Being blind, deaf, unable to walk ,or use your hands easily is something that most people cannot imagine. 此句中 “being…” (2) “….that most people cannot imagine”是定语 从句, 修饰something。 4. Then one day last year, a friend of mine said that she would like to help me out. e.g. Nobody helped me out when I lost my job. 5. You see, I’m only able to have a “dog-helpe
