髁突异常活跃下颌骨外形指数相关测定及临床意义 胡文煦 （重庆医科大学附属永川医院口腔科 重庆 402160）reference range of index of mandibular shape RRIMS），讨论其临床意义。方法 18名单侧髁突异常活跃（unilateral condylar hyperactivity）引起偏颌患者的曲面断层片，使用Obwegeser测量法描记出5条测量线段，通过第一作者相应方法求得6项下颌骨外形指数（健侧患侧各6项），将健侧及患侧下颌骨外形指数两两配对t检验，通过统计学方法（均数加减1.96方差）求得6项外形指数的参考值范围。结果 健侧与患侧IMS两两配对t检验，差异具有显著性，证明IMS能够代表髁突异常活跃引起的髁突及下颌骨外形改变。RRIMS1-6：02640-0.6524；0.2457-0.5520 ；0.0998-0.2057 ；0.0942-0.1715 ；0.0847- 0.1508；0.0772-0.1281(健侧)，RRIMS1’-RRIMS6’: 0.1963-0.5362；0.2283-0.4686；0.0789-0.1832;0.0903-0.1590 ；0.0556-0.1389；0.0671-0.1182。讨论 对于不明原因引起的偏颌患者早期诊断中，除了常规的临床表现外，基于曲面断层片的测量方法能够很好的对双侧的髁状突及下颌骨外形进行评价，从而明确偏颌患者是否是由于一侧的髁突异常增生引起的，这个简便的方法是对以往诊断方法的一个补充，不仅节约时间，而且节约成本。 关键词： 髁突异常活跃，下颌骨外形指数 ，曲面断层片头影测量 Analysis of index of mandibular shape based on the mandibular of condylar hyperactivity and its clinical significance HU Wen-xu，(Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Yongchun hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing 402160, China)WANG Tao，(Department of oral and maxillofaicial surgery, Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing 400015, China) Abstract：Objective: To prove that index of mandibular shape is a feasible method to the primary dignosis of condylar hyperactivity, and obtain a probalbe reference range of mandibular shape index on the normal side and affected side on mandible and conclude the clinical significance. Methods: Doing the cephalometric analysis on the panormic of 18 unilateral condylar hyperactivity patients by modified obwegeser method, and sign the 5 lines, calculated the IMS1-6 and IMS1’-6’，divided them into normal group and affected group, calculated the reference range and did the compared samples t test of the two groups one IMS by one IMS, and also calculated the reference range of normal group and affected group. Results：The results of t test:the 6 pairs of MICS has significant differences(p value0.05), and the reference range of normal group: RRIMS1-6：02640-0.6524；0.2457-0.5520 ；0.0998-0.2057 ；0.0942-
