我国用工荒问题的经济学解析 摘 要 自从2004年至今，用工荒对我国经济发展带来的负面影响不容忽视。如何切实有效地解决用工荒问题，成为十二五期间摆在我国政府和企业面前的一项重要课题。用工荒现象的出现，引起许多学者的关注相继开始对这一问题的研究，也取得了重要的研究成果。本文从经济学理论出发，借鉴了其他的研究成果，综合微观和宏观两个方面，提出了一些切实可行的对策和建议，为解决用工短缺问题，提供独特、准确的参考。 我们要以客观的心态来讨论和看待当前的“用工荒”现象，它的发生并不是城市与农村的不和谐的标志，并相信理论的研究成果必定指导解决“用工荒”，进而将进一步推进我国经济在十二五期间持续快速发展。用工荒同时给我们带来了深刻的社会启示和经济思考。一方面，它反映了农民工由生存理性到社会理性的跃迁，一方面也映射出目前经济发展战略存在的巨大问题。 关键词：用工荒；经济学；原因；对策 ABSTRACT Ever since 2004, the negative influence of labor shortage on the development of national economy cannot be neglected. How to solve the issue of labor shortage effectively and efficiently is an important theme in the new era to governments and industry at various levels in our country. After the appearance of labor shortage, it has aroused the interest of many scholars who has conducted corresponding research on the issue with consecutive important achievements. This paper, starting from the theory of economics from other research achievements, comprehensive macro and micro two aspects, and put forward some feasible countermeasures and Suggestions for solving labor shortages, provides unique and accurate reference. We should take an objective attitude to discuss and look at the current labor shortage phenomenon, it occurs and is not between urban and rural areas of inharmonious marks and believe theory research must guide to solve the labor shortage, which will further promote our country economy the sustained and rapid development in “ten two five” period.
