肛门、直肠癌诊断与研究（Diagnosis and research of anal and rectal cancer） Anal and rectal cancer 2010-12-16 Wang Hui Colorectal cancer is a common and frequently occurring disease which is harmful to human health and life. With the improvement of peoples living standard, the incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing year by year. Domestic and international data confirmed that rectum, anus (anal canal) cancer accounted for more than 57.1% of all colorectal cancer [1], so the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal cancer is very important for improving the treatment effect of colorectal cancer. 1 anatomical features The rectum and anus are the lower segments of the large intestine. The rectum is located in the pelvic cavity, the upper sigmoid colon, the lower anal canal, the length of about 15 ~ 20cm, in front of the bladder, seminal vesicles, prostate and urethra (the female is the uterus and vagina), and the back is the sacrum, coccyx.
