肩袖损伤的诊断和治疗进展(Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff injuries)

肩袖损伤的诊断和治疗进展(Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff injuries) Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff injuries Update Date: 2010-08-04, Liu Yujie, Lu Shibi The rotator cuff consists of supraspinatus, supraspinatus, scapula, and teres minor. It originates from the shoulder rib and attaches to the head of the humerus, forming a cuff like structure at the neck of the humeral head. The role of rotator cuff is to support and stabilize the shoulder joint [1], to maintain the sealing function of the shoulder joint cavity, to maintain synovial fluid nutrition, articular cartilage, and to prevent secondary osteoarthritis. Rotator cuff tear is one of the most common shoulder disorders in middle-aged and elderly patients, and its incidence is about 17% to 41% of shoulder joint diseases. The author summarized the diagnosis and treatment progress of rotator cuff injuries. I. etiology The causes of rotator cuff injuries are summarized as degenerative theory and impingement theory. 1. degeneration theory: rotator cuff degeneration is part of the degeneration of all parts of the body. It was found that rotator cuff tear increased with age, and the tendon fibers of the elderly supraspinatus tendon were severely degenerated at the attachment point of the humeral head, and the cell arrangement was disordered and the tendon fibers were broken. Especially, it is easy to have rotator cuff tear on the side of manual worker and dominant hand, which shows that excessive wear is a major factor in rotator cuff injuries [3]. The results of rotator cuff angiography showed that there was a marked ischemia in the left and the supraspinatus muscles. [4] these vascular defects were the intrinsic factors that led to rotator cuff degeneration and tear. 2. impact theory the theory is put forward by Neer in 1972 5, he said that 95% of rotator cuff tear because of subacromial impingement syndrome caused by the collision, according to the anatomic site into the supraspina
