蛇床子总香豆素组分含量测定 　【摘要】 目的 建立蛇床子中总香豆素含量的测定方法。方法 以蛇床子素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定蛇床子中总香豆素含量。结果 检测波长为320 nm,蛇床子素质量浓度在2.0～12.0 ?g/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.39%(RSD=2.67%,n=6)。结论 本方法简便易行,结果稳定可靠,可用于蛇床子及其制剂的质量控制。 【关键词】 蛇床子;香豆素类;含量测定;紫外分光光度法 　　Abstract：Objective To establish the method for content determination of total coumarins in Fructus Cnidii.
