In order to control the quality of this product, the ursolic acid, emodin, chrysophanol and paeonol were qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of chrysophanol was determined by TLC scanning. The quality standard was established for the preparation. 1 instruments and drugs Instrument: CS-930 thin layer scanner, 1 L quantitative capillary, United States, silica gel H thin plate, Qingdao ocean chemical plant.
