青海地区几种锦鸡儿属植物中总黄酮含量测定 　【摘要】 　　目的测定青海地区几种锦鸡儿属植物中总黄酮的含量。方法采用分光光度法，以芦丁为对照品，并利用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色方法，对青海地区几种锦鸡儿属植物中的总黄酮含量进行测定。结果在最大吸收波长510 nm处芦丁测定的线性方程是A=12.737C－0.003 5，相关系数r=0.999 6 (n=7) , 测得方法的平均回收率为99.2 %（n=6），RSD=1.05% 。结论该方法的测定结果准确可靠、快速、重复性好。 【关键词】 锦鸡儿属 总黄酮 分光光度法 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo determine the total flavonoid content of Caragana Fabr. plant from different areas in Qinghai province.
