麻醉信息管理及质量控制应用系统研发 　 作者：胡志平，阮祥才，佘守章，许立新，黄锡雄，高昭昇，罗 勇 【摘要】 目的 研究开发麻醉信息管理和质量控制相结合的应用系统，探讨麻醉质量控制新方案。方法 完善自动麻醉信息系统运行环境和系统结构，通过对自动麻醉信息管理过程提供提示、报警功能和量化评分功能来实现质量控制，进而实现对麻醉实施过程中的质量控制。麻醉信息管理和质量控制相结合的应用系统建成后进行试运行观察。结果 经过为期10月余的建设和调试，麻醉信息管理和质量控制初步运行显示：麻醉信息管理和质量控制的应用系统促进了麻醉质量管理，并在一定程度上减轻了麻醉医生的工作风险；尚存在有待改进之处。结论 可利用麻醉信息管理进行麻醉质量控制，结合麻醉信息管理和质量控制的应用系统有助于提高麻醉医疗质量控制水平。 【关键词】 质量控制；麻醉信息管理；麻醉记录 【Abstract】 Objective To research and develop an application system for anesthesia information management and quality control，and to explore new way to anesthesia quality control.Methods By improving system operating environment and structure，anesthesia quality control of anesthesia processes was achieved by reminding，alerting，and quantification scoring on every steps during automatic anesthesia recording.Results After a primarily operating period，it is showed that a anesthesia quality control system based on anesthesia information management can promote anesthesia quality control，improve quality management of both anesthesia department and hospital，and alleviate anesthetist’s daily work intensity in some degree.And there still exist problems for further improving in this system.Conclusion Anesthesia information management can be utilized for quality control.An anesthesia quality control system based on anesthesia information management will be helpful in promoting anesthesia quality control. 【Key words】 quality control；anesthesia information management；anesthesia recorder 随着信息网络技术的不断发展，医学对计算机及网络的依赖程度日益加深，“数字化医院”的概念已经为广大医院所接受［1］，麻醉信息管理系统作为“数字化医院”的重要组成部分，在国内尚处于探索、起步阶段。近年来，人民群众对医疗保健质量的要求不断提高，以及控制论在医疗质量控制领域逐步深入应用，使如何进一步提高医疗质量控制力度的问题提到前所未有的重要地位［2］。在2004年1～10月期间，我院进行麻醉信息管理和质量控制应用系统(Anesthesia information management and quality control system，AIMQCS)的研究和开发，本文拟结合该系统的研发，观察通过麻醉信息管理进行麻醉质量控制的可行性，探讨适合我国国情的临床麻醉质量控制新方案。 1 系统开发工具和运行环境 我院应用软件系统采用多层分散式架构(Client/Server)模式，可支持Windows终端、PDA等信息终端的工作方式；软件开发工具使用Microsoft Visual studio C++语言；数据库管理系统运用Microsoft SQL Server 2000。 AIMS要求的网络环境运行Windows工作组，服务器需可
