黄山贡菊水煎剂对实验性高血压小鼠血压及血脂含量影响 　 作者：潘正军，王新风，周雪瑞 【摘要】 　　目的 检验黄山贡菊水煎剂对实验性高血压小鼠血压和血脂含量的影响。方法将黄山贡菊制成水煎剂，小鼠分为正常对照组、冷激对照组、冷激贡菊饲喂组（5，10，20 mg/ml）连续饲养20 d，于第21天测量血压，取血清检测甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白含量。结果冷激对照组血压与正常对照组相比差异极显著（Plt;0.001），冷激贡菊饲喂组（5，10 mg/ml）与正常对照组相比差异不显著（Pgt;0.05）。冷激对照组甘油三酯、胆固醇含量高于正常对照组，高密度脂蛋白含量低于正常对照组，但差异不显著（Pgt;0.05）；冷激贡菊饲喂组血脂含量与正常对照组相比无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05）。结论黄山贡菊水煎剂有降低血压和调节血脂含量的作用。 【关键词】 黄山贡菊；高血压小鼠；血压；血脂 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo inspect the effects of HuangShan GongJu decoction on blood pressure and serum contents of hypertensive mice. MethodsThe HuangShan GongJu decoction was made. Mice were divided into normal control group,cold-stress control group,and cold-stress feeding groups(5，10，20 mg/ml). After 20 days, blood pressure was measured by carotid intubatton and the contents of serum trireactive glyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHO),high density lipoprotein(HDL) were also detected. ResultsThe blood pressure of cold-stress control group increased significantly compared with normal control group（Plt;0.001）, and blood pressures in cold-stress feeding groups(5mg/ml,10mg/ml) compared with normal control group were not evident（Pgt;0.05）.The contents of TG,CHO in cold-stress control group were higher than those in normal control group,the content of HDL was lowered,but there had no significant difference（Pgt;0.05）.The contents of blood lipids in cold-stress feeding groups were not significant compared with normal control group（Pgt;0.05）. ConclusionThe HuangShan Gongju decoction possesses the effects of decreasing blood pressure and modulating blood lipid contents. 　　Key words:HuangShan Gongju；Hypertensive mice；Blood pressure；Blood lipids 　　高血压是心血管临床中患病率最高的的一种疾病，尽管进行了广泛的研究，其病因学因素还不完全清楚［1］。世界卫生组织的一份报告表明，中国北方（寒冷）高血压的发生率显著高于南方地区［2］。许多研究者也已经证明，把大鼠长期置于寒冷环境中（5℃，3～5周）诱发出高血压［3］。说明寒冷刺激可能是引起高血压的因素之一。黄山贡菊作为药用、茶饮已经具有较长的历史，其保健功能也得到认可，但作为单方使用对实验性高血压的作用尚未见报道。 　　我们拟选择小鼠建立冷激诱导的高血压模型，检验黄山贡菊水煎剂对实验性高血压小鼠血压和血脂含量的影响。 　　1 器材与方法 　　1.1 实验动物雄性小鼠60只（昆明种，购于中国药科大学实验动物中心）。 　　1.2 黄山贡菊购于淮阴医药公司（特级，产地：黄山歙县）。 　　1.3 仪器 　　BL
