LMP-1、VEGF在非角化性鼻咽癌中表达及其意义 　【摘要】 目的：探讨潜伏膜蛋白（LMP-1）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在非角化性鼻咽癌（NK-NPC）中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学技术（ENVISION二步法），检测60例鼻咽癌组织中LMP-1、VEGF蛋白的表达，并分析其与癌预后的相关性。结果：（1）NK-NPC中LMP-1、VEGF的表达显著高于鼻咽慢性黏膜炎症组织(Plt;0．05)；（2）NK-NPC中，LMP-1表达强度与有无远处转移密切相关(Plt;0．05)，与患者性别、年龄、T分期、N分期无显著相关性(P＞0．05)；（2）NK-NPC中，VEGF表达强度与淋巴结转移，远处转移密切相关(Plt;0．05)，与患者性别、年龄、T分期均无显著相关性(P＞0．05)；（3）NK-NPC中LMP-1与VEGF的表达呈正相关关系(Plt;0．05)；（6）单因素Kaplan-meier生存曲线分析LMP-1、VEGF表达与NK-NPC的生存率之间的相关性有显著统计学意义(Plt;0．05)。结论：LMP-1和VEGF可作为诂价NK-NPC预后的指标之一。 【关键词】 非角化性鼻咽癌；潜伏膜蛋白（LMP-1）；血管内皮生长因子（VEGF） [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of latent membrane protein-1( LMP-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in non-keratin nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NK-NPC)． Methods: 60 biopsy specimens of clear pathological diagnosis with NK-NPC were treated by immunohistochemical techniques (Envison two-step).The expression of LMP-1 and VEGF protein in the tissue were examined and the whole-process radiotherapy of all cases was conducted and followed up for more than 3 years． (1) The positive expression rate of LMP-1 and VEGF in NK-NPC was 83% and 76% respectively，which were significantly higher than 20% and 30% in chronic nasopharyngitis(Plt;0．05)． (2)The LMP-1 expressions in NK-NPC were positively correlated with distant metastasis(Plt;0．05)，while no significant differences were observed in sex，age，tumor stages and lymph node metastasis(P＞0．05)．(3) The VEGF expressions in NK-NPC were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(Plt;0．05)，while no significant differences were observed in sex，age， and tumor stages． (5) There were significant correlations between LMP-1 and VEGF expression (Plt;0．05)． (6) The analysis of single factor revealed that the expressions of LMP-1， VEGF were significantly related with the prognosis of NK-NPC patients (Plt;0．05)． Conclusions：LMP-1 and VEGF may be indexes for NK-NPC prognosis． [Keywords] Non-keratin nasopharyngeal carcinoma； Lat
