中西医结合治疗临床疑难病应用 　【摘要】 1993年9月～2006年6月采用中药方剂结合西药治疗临床疑难病。中药结合不同剂量的联合化疗治愈70例中晚期癌症患者。40例病人获得长期生存，30例生存期超过5年，16例超过10年，最长者已15年。中药对中风、肾病综合征、风湿病痛及其他疑难病也有不可忽视的重要性。文中就药物的作用机制和维甲酸药物的作用原理进行讨论［受体蛋白的合成，JN Langley, 1878, Paul Ehrlich, 1900；和原瘤受体基因(即受体基因蛋白的致瘤)学说的发现，George Zhu, 1991，维甲酸药物作用的基因调控］。 【关键词】 疑难病； 中西医结合； 药学机制;受体和原瘤受体；药物作用的基因调控 An approach to the clinical study on Chinese traditional combined western medicine treatment for difficult diseases 【Abstract】 From September 1993 to June 2006 Ⅰ was in detail proposed the Chinese traditional combined western medicine treatment in clinical trial.Seventy of v
