复方丹参滴丸对稳定型心绞痛患者亚极量运动水平指标影响 　【摘要】 目的 测定冠心病患者亚极量运动水平的指标，评估复方丹参滴丸配合常规治疗方案的临床疗效。 方法 50例稳定型心绞痛患者，分为两组，常规组采用消心痛+倍他乐克方案治疗，丹参组在常规组的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸，治疗前及治疗后1、3个月均采用症状限制性增量运动方案，通过心肺运动仪检测治疗前后亚极量运动水平的摄氧量VO2、每分CO2排量VCO2、呼吸商RQ等指标，将其治疗前后进行比较，并与健康组对照。 结果 冠心病患者在60Watts额定功率下，VO2及VCO2均高于健康组，且RQ也明显升高（P＜0.01）；在常规治疗方案基础上配合复方丹参滴丸治疗在治疗后1个月明显改善VO2、VCO2、RQ（与治疗前比较P＜0.05）。结论 亚极量运动水平指标能够反应冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者心功能变化；在常规治疗方案的基础上配合复方丹参滴丸治疗能够提高临床疗效。 【关键词】 冠心病 心肺运动测试 复方丹参滴丸 　　【Abstract】 Objective To measure the index in patients with coronary artery disease (CHD) doing submaximal exercise ,thus to evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound danshen dropping pill combining conventional therapy . Methods 50 stable angina were divided into two groups , conventional group and danshen group ,in conventional group , Nitroret and Metoprolol was administered ;in danshen group ,on the basis of the treatment as conventional group , compound danshen dropping pill was added , symptom limited increased exercise programe was applied before and 1、3 months after treatment , cardiopulmonary exercise instrument was applied to measure the volume of oxygen uptake（VO2）、volume ejection of CO2 per min（VCO2）、respiratory quotient（RQ）before and after submaximal exercise and the value were compared , the index in conventional group and that in danshen group were also compared . Results Under rated power of 60Watts ,the VO2 and VCO2 were higher in CHD patients than those in healthy groups ,and RQ was significantly higher（P＜0.01）；on the basis of conventional therapy, the combining use of . compound danshen dropping pill significantly improved VO2、VCO2、RQ after 1 month of treatment (compared with those before treatment ) ＜0.05）. Conclusion The index of submaximal exercise could reflect the change of heart function of CHD patients ; on the basis of conventional therapy, the combining use of compound danshen dropping pill can improve therapeutic effects. 　　【Key words】 coronary heart disease cardiopulmonary exercise test compound danshen
