护患纠纷原因分析及防范及处理 　【摘要】 目的 总结护患纠纷产生的原因，提升护理人员防范护患纠纷的能力。方法 回顾2004年1月～2006年12月产生的护患纠纷，进行原因分析，找出防范与处理办法。结果 通过严格管理，加强法律知识、业务知识学习以及规章制度的落实，护患纠纷逐年下降。结论 通过对护患纠纷的原因分析，提出防范与处理的方法，为完善护理服务，建立和谐护患关系，维护护患双方合法权益，减少护患纠纷提供了帮助。 【关键词】 护患纠纷；防范；处理 ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the reasons causing nurse-patient disputes，promote nurses ability of guarding against disputes.
