护理人员履行告知义务中存在问题及对策 　【摘要】 为了促进护理有效沟通，履行告知义务，对护理人员在履行告知义务中存在的问题进行了梳理和归纳，提出了反思与对策，提示护理人员在履行告知时必须把握不超越专业限制的权限原则等。提示护理管理者要及时规范告知内容和形式，全员培训沟通技巧，才能促进有效沟通，构建和谐医患关系。 【关键词】 告知义务 问题 对策 ［Abstract］ For promoting the conmuincation of nursing,implementing obligation of informing protect ,this article concluded the problems of implement obligation of imforming protect,and suggested that the professional restriction shoud not be surpassed.The nursing governor should standardize the content and form in time,train the communication skills,thus communication of nurses and patients will be effective and harmony.
