The research of housing security policy implementation in the Chinese Government Performance Evaluation Housing problem is an important social and livelihood of the peoplequestion. In recent years, large-scale constructions of affordable projects have been carried on. However, as the exact executor and focus of the affordable projects, local government lacks the enthusiasm and initiative needed for implementing housing security policy. The reason is that the lack of governmental performance evaluation index and criterion in housing security. What ’s more, housing supply can’t meet the housing demand of middle-low income community effectively, which lead the responsibility of government is not fully reflected. Therefore, in order to enhance the local government ’s sense of responsibility and guarantee the housing security policy can implement valid, we must evaluate the local government ’s service and management activity when they carry out the housing security policy . A series of basic research has been made for the housing security policy in governmental performance evaluation . This paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter is the content of the housing security policy in governmental performance evaluation. On the basis of the specific contents analysis of the housing security policy and the governmental performance evaluation respectively, this paper puts forward the concept of the housing security policy in governmental performance evaluation. The second chapter is the significance of the housing security policy in governmental performance evaluation, and analyses the significance of this evaluation from two perspectives of the necessary and importance.
