There are is the relationship of cooperation and competition in the both sides of the international trade process. Which help obtain the maximum benefit for themselves under the good cooperation, It is very importance for both sides to follow certain politeness principle in the trade. It use Brown and the Levinson face theory, especially the positive politeness strategy, the negative politeness strategy as well as the non-public threat face's politeness strategy, and pragmatics to analyses The Principle of Politeness in International Business Negotiation. Solving conflict which causes by politeness, and promoting the international trade’s healthy development.
