我国教育培训机构现状与发展对策研究 摘要：民办教育是我国教育的一个有益补充和不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而， 相关研究却不能与之同步，社会办学的非学位教育方面的研究很少。本文欲对 我国教育培训发展的现状,进行深入的探讨与缜密的反思，分析制约教育培训机 构发展的障碍，并提出有针对性的应对措施,以期丰富教育领域的理论，为我国 的教育培训提供参考。 本文通过走访调查分析，阅读相关文献发现，当前制约我国教育培训机构 发展的障碍主要有：基本制度和行业规范不健全；培训机构众多，规模效益不 佳；过多看重经济利益，忽视了服务质量；品牌意识不强，缺乏长远的战略眼 光等。然后根据教育培训机构的发展障碍，提出了相应的对策。 外部的对策主要有：加强宏观调控，进行有效的指导；健全教育培训市场 管理制度；完善教育培训评估标准和质量保障体系；制定行业标准，规范行业 行为。内部的对策主要有：促进资源整合，打造强势品牌；做好需求分析，充 分把握市场；提高服务意识和服务水平；积极拓宽市场，寻找新的经济增长点 等。具体地说，主要包括：制定发展规划，加强行业自律；强化品牌营销和口 碑营销的意识；做好招聘工作，遴选优秀培训工作者；打造高效培训模式，实 现高效培训；完善培训评估系统；积极开拓在校学生培训和高端教育培训市场 空间；积极开拓落后地区、乡镇和农村市场等。 关键词: 教育培训；教育培训机构；行业规范；服务意识；高效培训 I Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategies of Education Training institutions in China Abstract: Private education is a useful complement to the education of our country. However, the relevant research is few. This article is to find the main obstacles of education training market in China, by analyzing the education training market in our country, and put forward corresponding strategies, to enrich the education theory and provide guidance for education training institutions in China. Through the analysis of education training market in our country, this article found that the main obstacles of education training market in China are as follows: The basic system and the industry standard are not perfect; there are too many training institutions but poor economies of scale; pay too much attention to economic interests and ignore the quality of service; brand awareness is not strong and lack long-term strategic vision.
