The effects of acid leaching, impurity removal, calcination temperature and time on the quality of the product were investigated. The results show that the 30% H2SO4 H2O2 27.5% oxidation leaching, impurity removal, zinc dust replacement heavy metals can obtain refined zinc sulfate solution, using sodium carbonate and zinc sulfate can be obtained by synthesizing basic zinc carbonate, controlling the calcining temperature of 900 DEG C, calcination time is 4H prepared by Zinc Oxide products can reach HG/T 2792-1996 feed grade Zinc Oxide level product standards, production equipment and use the process to build a set of 5000t/a.
