ST段平展在异常心电图中所占比例及价值 　【关键词】 ST段平展；活动平板运动实验；冠心病 　　［摘 要］ 目的：探索ST段平展在异常心电图中的发生情况以及临床价值。方法：对286例有自觉症状如胸闷、心悸、乏力等病史做常规心电图检查，并对其中26例ST段平展患者做活动平版运动实验及血清钙检测。结果：286例患者中心电图异常者203例，其中ST段平展26例，占异常心电图的12.81%，26例ST平展患者活动平版运动实验阳性21例占80.77%。结论：心电图ST段平展在异常心电图的诊断中占有一定比例，且对冠心病有早期诊断价值，故要引起临床高度重视，对冠心病要做到早诊断、早治疗。不要延误病情，造成不良后果。 　　［关键词］ ST段平展；活动平板运动实验；冠心病 　　The ST Section Flatly and Smoothly the Proportion and Value Which Occupies in the Unusual Electrocardiogram 　　Abstract： Objective Explores the ST section flatly and smoothly in the unusual electrocardiogram occurrence situation as well as clinical value. Do not delay the condition, creates not the good consequence. 　　Key words： ST section flat ; The active dull movement tests; Coronary disease 　　以往除低血钙以外，ST段平展尚未引起临床充分重视。近年来观察到冠状动脉机能不全的早期，ST段改变为在基线上平展的时间达到0.12 s以上。我院自2005年1月至5月对286例有自觉症状的患者，做常规12导联同步心电图检查，其结果ST段平展在异常心电图中占有一定的比例，且ST段平展做活动平板运动试验阳性率高达80.77%，值得临床医生高度重视。 　　1 材料与方法 　　1.1 研究对象 286例均有自觉症状的患者，如胸闷、心悸、气促、乏力的患者，男159例，女127例，年龄20岁~81岁，平均年龄(48±26.32)岁。 　　1.2 检查方法 采用北京美高仪软件技术有限公司生产的心电综合分析系统（ECGLAB3.0）。记录前患者休息10 min，安静取仰卧位，记录常规12导联同步心电图。对异常心电图中的26例有ST段平
