不同针刺方法治疗中风偏瘫80例临床疗效观察 　【关键词】 针刺 摘要：目的：总结观察不同针刺治疗方法对中风偏瘫的临床疗效的影响。方法：自2000年1月至2004年1月期间，对住院的80例中风患者，随机分为治疗组和观察组，在综合治疗的基础上，治疗组采用头皮针治疗，对照组采用传统的体针治疗，按照1995年中华医学会第四次全国脑血管病学术会议《脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准》,对两组的疗效进行总结观察。结果：治疗组基本痊愈18例，占45%；显效12例，占30%；好转8例，占20%。总有效率为95%；对照组基本痊愈12例，占30%，显效10例，占25%；好转12例，占30%。总有效率为85%。两组临床疗效统计学分析，两组相比临床总有效率有显著差异，P＜0.05。两组之间基本痊愈率统计学分析，差异非常显著，P＜0.01。结论：头皮针疗法和体针疗法对治疗中风偏瘫均有效，但头皮针治疗效果更为显著，建议推广应用。 关键词：中风偏瘫；治疗；针灸 Clinical study on the Efficacy of Various Acupuncture in Treatment of 80 Apoplexy Hemiplegia Patients Abstract：Objective: To observe the clinical effects of various acupuncture methods in treating with apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods: 80 cases with apoplexy which were hospitalized between Jan. 2000 and Jan. 2004 were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. On the basis of comprehensive treatment, The treatment group were received head acupuncture, The control group were received traditional body acupuncture.The curative effect were summarized according to the on the forth CVD(cerebrovascular disease) academic conference in 1995.Results: In treatment group, 18 cases (45%) were recovered, 12 cases (30%) got the clear curative, 8 cases (20%) were curative, the total effective ratio is 95%. Homologous in control group which were 12 cases (30%), 10 cases (25%), 12 cases (30%) and 85%. There was a significant statistical difference between two groups in total effective ratio respect (Plt;0.05) and there was a highly significant statistical difference between two groups in recoverey ratio respect (Plt;0.01). Conclusion: Both acupunctures are efficaciously in treating with apoplexy hemiplegia, head acupuncture is better than body acupuncture. Key words:Apoplexy hemiplegia;Treatment;Acupuncture and moxibustion 中风偏瘫是急性脑血管病经急性期后遗留的主要后遗症之一，自2000年1月至2004年1月以来，我们采用头针和体针对比治疗80例，头针组疗效明显优于体针组，现将治疗结果总结如下。 1资料 1.1一般资料：80例病人均为住院患者，其中男性41例，女性39例，年龄37～78岁，病程7d～26个月。 1.2诊断标准：80例患者诊断均符合1995年中华医学会第四届全国脑血管病学术会议第3次会议修订的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》中有关中风病的诊断标准［1］。 1.3病例
