自控止痛泵应用于晚期癌症病人镇痛观察及分析 　 作者：郑婵如，吴少银，吴燕丹 【摘要】 目的：评价自控止痛泵应用于晚期癌症病人镇痛效果。方法：对30例晚期癌症患者应用自控止痛泵治疗，给药配方：曲马多8mg/kg~10mg/kg，吗啡0.5mg（65岁以上，可以酌情减量）加生理盐水至总量100mg/kg，输注速度2ml/h，自控0.5ml/次，锁定时间15min。结果：实验组30例中显效23例占76. 67%，有效5例占16 .66%，无效2例占6. 67%，总有效率为93.33%；对照组30例中显效15例占50.00%，有效12例占40 .00%，无效3例占10. 00%，总有效率为90.00%。两组均采用（VAS）评价标准，总有效率差异不大，而显效率有明显的差异。结论：本研究操作较简单，可持续有效控制晚期癌症病人疼痛，提高患者的生存质量。 【关键词】 晚期癌症病人；自控止痛泵；镇痛 　　Analyze the Application of Automatic control Acesedyne Pump to Ease pain for Terminal Cancer Patients Guangdong Shantou 515041, China)Abstract:Objective: To assess the application of automatic control acesodyne pump to the effect on easing pain for terminal cancer patients.Method: The therapy applied the Automatic Control Acesodyne Pump to 30 cases of terminal cancer patients, prescribed recipe: Tramadol 8～10mg/kg; Morphia 0.5mg (the dosage can be decreased for the age above 65), added normal saline until 100mg/kg; transfusion at 2ml/hrs; automatic control 0.5ml once; locked time 15min.Result: 23 among 30 cases from the experimental group showed effect which accounted for 76.67%; 5 cases.(16.66%) were effective which whilst 2 cases. (6.67%) were found noneffective; thus total effective rate would reach up to 93.33%. Simultaneousely from the comparison group side, 15 among 30 cases(50%) showed effect; 12 cases(40%) were found effective whilst 3 cases(10%) were noneffective; therefore total effective rate for this group would be 90%. The VAS standard was adopted to assess all the two groups, no signtflcant difference could be found in the total effective rates, but obvious gap existed in the rates shown effect between the two groups.Conclusions: The reseach features easy handling, persistently and efficiently control over the pain for terminal cancer patients so as to raise surviving quality for the patiorts. 　　Key words: Terminal cancer patients； Automatic control acesodyne pump； Easing pain 　　癌症是一个普遍性社会问题，在晚期癌症患者中疼痛的比例高达70%～80%［1］，据统计在全世界范围内有300～350万人在癌症中艰难度日［2］。因此缓解晚期癌
