编号_ 本科生毕业Statistics show that production line Products System 学 生 姓 名 专 业 电子信息工程 学 号 指 导 教 师 分 院 电子工程分院 2011年 6 月 摘 要 许多生产现场均采用生产流水线设备来生产各种产品，并且随时对产品的产量进行统计。本课题就是针对这一生产时间需求，以单片机为核心器件构成一个检测显示系统，来实现生产流水线上产品产量的统计和显示。 在实际应用中，为统计各生产班组的班产量，可在生产流水线的终端，安装一个光电检测装置，当每一产品经过该装置时，会产生一个光电脉冲，交到单片机进行计数处理，然后由LED数码管进行计数显示。每生产一台产品，显示数加1，直到一个班生产完毕。这就实现了一个班班产量的累计显示。 本文首先介绍了单片机的相关概念以及其原理，然后介绍了实际系统的设计，在次基础了用89C52和7段数码管设计了生产流水线上产品产量显示系统。实现了以下功能：采用单片机为核心器件，构成一个生产流水线产品产量统计显示系统，并利用四位7段数码管动态显示班产的产品件数（不超过10000件），设置一个记数开关，当开始生产的时候开关置高电平，系统开始统计并且动态显示班产量，当开关置低电平时停止记数，显示值清零，班产量存入指定存储单元备用。 关键词：单片机 系统设计 程序 ABSTRACT Many production site equipment production lines are used to producea variety of products, and the output of the product at any timestatistics.
