2003.11.26 輔英科技大學人文教育中弖 舉辦人文學與社會科學學術研討會 從醫療科技創新 SWOT模式探析人與自然之關係 鄭金謀 人文教育中心 摘要 21世紀科技創新瞬息萬變，人們在使用和享受科技創新所帶來的快速便捷和素質升 級之餘，卻也導致環境污染、生態屢遭破壞，而引發自然反撲、人感染病毒的問題。因 著人們缺乏科技素養，利用創新科技牟利犯罪等不當行為，違反自然法則，使得人與自 然不和諧，疾病也孳生蔓延。本文從科技創新觀點探討醫療行為所涉及之人與自然的關 係，試以衡量科技創新特色之 SWOT模式，解析人們面對病症所採之應變措施，譬如為 預防 SARS 病毒疫情捲土重來，研發試劑和疫苗，找出防治之道，增強人體抵抗力之措 施。同時採文獻分析和問卷調查方式，先列述先進國家醫療科技創新情況，了解其優勢、 劣勢、機會和威脅。然後編製「科技創新醫療行為問卷」，抽測調查，以了解人們對科 技創新醫療行為的看法，以及因應疾病和自然之狀況。最後唯有強化人與自然的和諧關 係，才能使科技創新用於醫療永續發展。 關鍵詞：科技創新 醫療行為 SWOT 模式 自然 Abstract The discourse between human beings and nature from the SWOT model of innovative medicine technology During the 21st century, creative technology and ten thousand in the twinkling of an eye, human beings enjoy not only the material and spiritual civilization, but also result in environmental pollution, ecosystem destruction, and causing natural counterattack and disease problem. The disharmony between human beings and nature, and diseases propagating, because men’s material wants exceed the scope, and are short-sighted and approaching benefits, and manufacture much pollution. When we prevent the global SARS plague from staging a comeback, it is necessary that the test dose and vaccine are produced from the innovative medicine, and found out how powerful the resistance and the method of prevention and cure really reinforced. The purpose of this discourse is to explore the relationship between human beings and nature from the prospective of innovative medicine technology. The author try to analyze with SWOT accepting the step of challenge, when the current innovative medicine technology to face the disease either epidemic, contagious or cancer, and to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the advanced countries how to invest their money in innovative medicine.
