本科毕业论文 中文题目: 重庆市国有企业员工职业高原现象研究 外文题目: Research on career plateau phenomenon in state-owned enterprises 系 别 国际商学院 专 业 人力资源管理 年 级 2008级 学 号 200836060047 学生姓名 **** 指导教师 **** 结稿日期 2011年 5 月 19 日 四川外语学院教务处制 重庆市国有企业员工职业高原现象研究 摘要:随着“以人为本”的管理理念得到越来越多企业的认可,企业对人力资源管理也投入越来越多的精力。在此过程中,职业高原现象变得越来越突出,且对企业发展产生越来越大的影响,因此有关职业高原的研究也逐渐得到国内诸多专家学者的关注。 然而,中国对职业高原的研究相对滞后,而针对国有企业职业高原员工的研究并不多。本文重点采用调查问卷法,结合访谈法等方法,通过对回收的调查问卷结果进行分析,从员工的性别、年龄、教育程度、岗位层级、工龄五个维度分析其对职业高原的影响。调查发现个人因素如个人能力、晋升欲望、家庭因素对职业高原都有显著影响。个人能力和内容高原、中心化高原显著正相关,而与层级高原没有明确的相关关系;晋升欲望与层级高原、内容高原二者都显著负相关,而与中心化高原不显著相关;家庭因素与层级高原显著正相关,而与内容高原、中心化高原没有明确的相关关系。 关键词:国有企业;员工;职业高原现象 Research on career plateau phenomenon in state-owned enterprises Abstract:Nowadays, the concept of “people-oriented” has been recognized by more and more enterprises. As a result, companies attach much importance to human resource management. During the process, the career plateau phenomenon becomes prominent and has an increasingly great influence on the development of enterprises. Hence, domestic scholars and experts start to focus on the study of career plateau. However, the research on career plateau phenomenon is lagged behind in China and there are few studies on state-owned enterprise employees in this area. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire and combine with interviewing method and some other methods, at first, analyzing the result of the reclaimed questionnaire, then to analyze from sex, age, educational background, post level, seniority to discuss their influence on career plateau. Investigation found that individual factor such as personal ability, promotion of desire; family factors have remarkably influence on career plateau. Personal ability is significantly positively correlated to content plateau and center of plateau, but there is no clear correlativity between personal ability and hierarchical plat
