补中益气汤在五官科疾病中的应用（Application of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction in facial diseases） Application of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction in facial diseases Update Date: 2009-11-23 Click: Li and Zhang Fenghua On behalf of Buzhong Yiqi Tang East yuan theory. The indications of spleen qi deficiency, improper diet and overstrain, internal injuries fever syndrome. The author has treated the various diseases of the five organs with the treatment of Bu Zhong Qi Qi Decoction. Examples are given below. 1 cases of Menieres syndrome Lumou, male, 60 years old, visited in July 6, 1996. Paroxysmal vertigo, tinnitus, six months, 3 days worse. Accompanied by nausea, vomiting, dizziness, is particularly. BP:18.5/11.5kPa, the Department of ENT in our hospital diagnosed as Menieres syndrome, drug effect is not significant. Diagnosis of patients with fatigue, shortness of breath, complexion was white, poor appetite, pale red tongue, moss thin, moderate and weak pulse. The syndrome is weakness of Spleen Qi, not rising of Yang Yang and loss of ear orifice. Treatment should be Buzhongyiqi, sun ear. With the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction of Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis 30g, Atractylodes, Poria cocos 15g, angelica 12g, bupleurum, Cimicifuga, licorice 6G, pinellia, chrysanthemum, tangerine peel 10g, shuijianbi. After 3 doses, dizziness and tinnitus decrease, vomiting has stopped, appetite is slightly worse, and the pulse is stronger than before. Following 5 doses, the symptoms are noted. According to the old and weak patients, chronic damage of blood, ear dystrophy, ditch on duty, therefore, vertigo, tinnitus. More than in all the spleen qi is weak, lost in the operation, the Qing Yang does not rise as BUZHONGYIQITANG Qi Sun Microsystems, pinellia, Poria Heweijiangni, chrysanthemum Pinggan dingxuan.
