网膜动脉参与原发性肝癌血供之影像特征及栓塞治疗的临床价值.docVIP

Methods Theimage data and clinical data of HCC with blood supply from omentalarteryundergone TACE in our hospital from2010 to 2014 werecollected. The imaging features were analyzed and the safety and effectiveness of complete TACE were evaluated retrospectively. Results The HCC with blood supply from OA were found in 36 patients underwent 41 cases of TACE. In all cases, tumors showed exophytic growth. In 13 cases (31.7%), tumors were mainly located inliver segment 4、5 and showed exophytic growth inepiploic direction.In 18 cases (43.9%), tumors were mainly located in liver segment 5、6 and broke through the hepatic capsular downward. 53 OAs were found to supply HCC with clearly angiographic features. 49 OAs (92.5%) were complete occlusive, no serious complication was recorded. 28 cases analyzed by mRECIST method, CR in 9 cases，PR in 13 cases，SD in 2 cases，PD in 4 cases.
