摘要 中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，改革开放后中小企业迅速发展，在我国国 民经济中已经具有不可替代的地位。在增加税收、技术创新、吸纳就业、体制转轨、扩大 出口等方面发挥着越来越大的作用。中小企业的发展为越来越多的人们所关注。 尽管中小企业在国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的地位，但是有资料显示，由于我国的 中小企业正处于一个规模扩张的时期，仅靠初创时期的原始积累、民间借贷以及集资入股 等方式的资本投入是无法满足其发展需要的。目前我国中小企业的短期贷款缺口很大，长 期贷款更是没有着落，融资难已经成为制约我国中小企业发展的瓶颈。因此，对我国中小 企业融资问题开展深入、系统的研究，对推动我国经济发展和资本优化配置研究具有重要 的理论意义和现实指导意义。 本文选择了中小企业融资问题作为研究方向，将江西省赣州市的中小企业作为研究对 象。首先，界定了中小企业的概念及其重要作用；其次，归纳了我国中小企业的融资现状， 分别从政府、银行和企业自身角度系统地分析了中小企业融资难问题的原因；最后，基于 赣州市中小企业融资问题进行实证分析，在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上，阐述了我国中 小企业融资难问题的解决途径。希望通过本文所传递的信息，不仅能解放中小企业融资的 思想，也能给政府、银行等相关部门一些启示，拓宽中小企业融资的渠道，推动中小企业 融资，实现资金供求的良性互动。 关键词：中小企业；融资；对策 I ABSTRACT Small-and medium-size enterprise (SME) is one of the most important ingredients of the national economy in our country. SMEs, which affect more and more on increasing taxes, innovating technologies, offering employments, reforming and expanding exports, have progressed rapidly with the development and play an irreplaceable role in the national economy. Today, more and more people pay their much attention to the SMEs development and their financial support. Although the SMEs play an increasingly important role in the national economy, it is said the SMEs can ’t satisfy their development needs by capital investment, such as primitive accumulation in the start-up period, borrowing and fund-raising for shares. At present, financing is the bottle-neck for SMEs to develop , for there is a lack of short-term loans, saying nothing of long-term loans. Therefore, It ’s very important to research in-depth and systematic on Chinese SMEs financing problems for promoting Chinese economic development and studying the optimum allocation of capital in the theory and reality.
