磨牙症与颞下颌关节紊乱病关系的研究（Study on bruxism and temporomandibular disorders.） [Abstract] bruxism and temporomandibular disorders are common oral diseases, were of unknown etiology, diagnosis and treatment of difficult. For many years, scholars have tried to study the internal relations and mechanisms of these two, but so far the views are still not uniform. In this paper, bruxism and temporomandibular joint disorder and the relationship between bruxism caused by research progress on Mechanism of temporomandibular disorders were reviewed. It is difficult for dentists to make an appropriate diagnosis and treatment since their etiologies are not clear. Many researchers have tried their efforts to evaluate the relationship between bruxism and TMD. But they didn reach an agreement. In t this article, the relationship between bruxism and TMD, and the mechanism that TMD may arise from bruxism are reviewed. Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) is a general term for a class of diseases including masticatory muscles, temporomandibular joints and related structures [3]. These two kinds of diseases are common oral diseases, the effect of stomatognathic system health at the same time, to a certain extent, affect the quality of life of patients, especially TMD, often because of persistent pain, snapping the symptoms and seriously affect the quality of life in patients with [3].
