金星综合办公大楼空调、采暖、通风工程设计 摘要:本设计为沈阳市金星综合办公楼通风、空调制冷工程设计，该建筑为8层高级公用建筑。地下1层为机房和车库，地上1~8层为办公大厅，顶层为水箱间。 结合工程实际设计资料（经济效益、环境效益），要求各功能房间采用全年舒适性空调，设计方案为一至六层办公大厅采用风机盘管加新风系统；七至八层采用自然通风加采暖系统。地下一层采用通风系统。 结合土建实际情况，1～6层办公大厅采用上送式顶棚下送风，共享空间采用中间侧送风，节省空间，装修美观。并对气流组织进行了详细的校核。卫生间采用单独设置排风系统，冷水机组放置在地下一层机房内；每层设置一个新风机组，1～2层新风机组采取吊装式空气处理机组。3～6层新风机组采取落地式空气处理机组。7～8层为普通办公大厅只做采暖系统，夏季采用自然通风。针对地下一层的实际使用情况，系统设计了通风方案，采用机械送风系统和机械排风系统。 该设计详细介绍了系统方案的确定和该系统的冷、热负荷的计算、新风量的计算、气流组织的校核、加湿量的计算、设备的选型、风系统、水系统的水力计算及冷水机房的设计和系统的布置。最后本设计还对相应的消声、减振作了简明的介绍。 关键词：空调；通风；送风；排风 Venus synthesis office block air conditioning, heating, well ventilated engineering design Abstract: This design ventilates, the air conditioning refrigeration engineering design for the Shenyang Venus office building, this building is 8 seniors public constructions.
