M eanwh ile, the so called revised version of the sam em onolog dished up b M r. Jiang Jianx ia turns out to be riddled w ith m istranslations. W ith a ver bad comm and of Ch inese and English M r. Jiang know s lit tle about poetic art and translation sk ills, thus he is far from being a qualified critic of those translators above. The attitude em bod ied in his fault and un fair comm ents reveals a treacherous inclination plagu ing poetr translation circles in China.
