The four major codes for building a harmonious team
No matter who you are, a company manager, a union member, a logistics officer, a consultant, or a government official, you cant just rely on yourself to achieve all your goals. You need help from subordinates, colleagues, superiors, suppliers, or customers.
However, facts have proved that mutual cooperation is not an easy task. By design, the assembly line robot can be seamlessly coordinated with each other. But not for people, because everyone has their own ideas, and people are not machines, people have feelings - happy or angry, confident or insecure, friendly or jealous. For everything, we have our own standard of judgment. Is it fair or partial, right or wrong?.
Cooperate with others, most people are dedicated and demanding invalid frustration. The level of cooperation is the product of different methods and ideas mixed together. Everyone works with their own experience, intuition and habits, but their experiences, their instincts and habits are different. Different ideas can become a huge resource, which can put forward ideas and methods to choose more; but the differences may also become a burden, forcing us to achieve efficient cooperation.
