In April 2007 he came to Hongkong China Travel Service Group at the price of HK $2 billion acquisition of the CTS group news, China Travel Service Group in mainland China invested by China Travel International Co. Ltd, was also confirmed to reporters that the two sides really in discussions about the merger, but the related matters have not been confirmed, so is not foreign announced. The CTS group has formed a Beijing as the center, taking the more than 200 place China based national coverage extending overseas travel network; and has a 80 year history of the CTS group is Hongkongs largest travel group, and has a business relationship and business agency relationship with over 300 domestic travel agencies. Therefore, no matter how the two sides cooperate, the newly merged group will inevitably become Chinas largest tourist group.
