The results show that under lighting conditions, a homogenous pore-sizedistributionandgoodPLperformanceofn-PScanbeobtained,andastrongfluorescencepeakislocatedat about600nm.Withtheincreaseofetchingtime,HFcontentand currentdensity,thePLpeakshowstheredshiftatfirst then the blue shift, and the emission intensity first increases and then decreases.
