The author believes that in the development of human history, geography and transportation factors are always intertwined with cost control, and play an important role. The importance of geographic transportation is essentially transportation cost, which not only determines the agglomeration and distribution of economy in a country or a large area, but also determines the framework and profit realization of a micro organization. Therefore, the cost control of any era can be manifested as a comprehensive system with both macro and micro meanings based on certain environmental conditions.
