The research and practice of human resource management attaches great importance to the matching of individuals and occupations. A large number of personal and professional matching studies have been carried out, and the research results have been widely applied to practice. In recent years, researchers have begun to realize that in order to achieve the desired results, not only should they focus on personal and professional matching, but also pay attention to the good match between individuals and their organizations. Therefore, the concept of personal organization matching (person-organization fit) has been put forward, and a great deal of research has been carried out.
First, the research status of the matching between individual and organization

The match between individual and organization refers to the matching and coordination between individuals and organizations, but the meaning of the match between individuals and organizations is extremely complex in the study. Schneider explains the matching of individuals and organizations with the ASA Attraction-Selection-Attrition theory. Chatman argues that personal and organizational matches should be understood from an interactive point of view.
